Terms, returns and privacy

Terms of sale

• Prices are in UAE dirhams (AED). Payment is processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.
• Every piece is printed to order by our partner workshop and shipped to you with tracking.
• Artworks are decorative interpretations. They are not survey-grade, navigational or operational documents.
• These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Returns and replacements

• Because every print is made to order for you, we do not offer change-of-mind returns.
• If your piece arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, email hello@sadaalfan.com within 14 days of delivery with photos of the piece and its packaging. We will replace it or refund you in full, and you will not be asked to ship anything back.

Privacy

• We collect only what an order needs: your name, email address and shipping address.
• Order data is shared only with the services that fulfil it: Stripe (payment), our print partner (production and delivery) and our email provider (order updates).
• We do not sell your data. To ask what we hold, or to have it deleted, email hello@sadaalfan.com.
